Brighter Mood (previously named Happy Hours) is a powerful combo of organically grown Zaffronel® Saffron and Vitamin D to support serotonin production. Saffron has been traditionally used for thousands of years for its ability to support mental health challenges. Zaffronel® is a patented saffron extract that is safe to take alongside mental health medications and has been studied in clinical trials for its brain soothing benefits.

Vitamin D3 is the active form of vitamin D known to support mental health, immunity and bone health. We use Vitamin D3 due to its greater effectiveness, potency and ability to stay in the blood stream longer than vitamin D2.
