How to use
Apply to the tightline (inner of top lashes) to define your top lash line.
Apply to the waterline to give a defined eye look.
Smudge along your lash line with a small brush to give eyes a more lived in smokey look.
Use as a eyeshadow base, blended out on the eyelids for a smokey eye look.
