Booking Terms
Please review our booking terms before proceeding.
+ We require 50% deposit to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit is received by Modish & Muse. We will hold your booking for a period of up to 24 hours to receive your deposit, if no deposit is received we will release that booking time for other clients. If you cancel your booking MORE THAN 72 HOURS before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be refunded or used towards your next appointment. If you cancel or change your booking LESS THAN 72 HOURS before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will become NON-REFUNDABLE. For all DECEMBER & JANUARY appointments ALL DEPOSITS PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS PLEASE NOTE:
We ask that all clients arrive to their appointments on time, if we are running late, we will always endeavour to contact you before your scheduled appointment. We also expect the same from you. If you run late we may need to cut your service short by not being able to create nail art for you and/or not being able to give you the end of nail service hand treatments.
We reserve the right to cancel your scheduled appointment if you run late so that we don't interrupt all other scheduled appointments after you.
We DO NOT ALLOW you to bring ANYONE into the work space during your appointment. They may wait in the waiting area.
For all nail backfill and rebalance appointments, we ask that you must return with all nails unbroken. Any breakage will result in you paying for nail repairs. If nails are extensively damaged this will result in you being charged a full removal and PAYING FOR A FULL SET.
We DO NOT backfill work from another salon unless organised prior to the appointment being made and we are satisfied with the type of products used on your nails previously.
DO NOT pull off or pick at the products applied.
FOLLOW the aftercare instructions given to you by your therapist.
FAILURE to follow our APPOINTMENT POLICY will result in us not guaranteeing our service given to you as well as your future appointments being terminated by Modish + Muse.
